Letter from the founder

A Message From Frazer Hainsworth

Why OTC Pro was created and what it is designed to solve for online teachers.

Frazer Hainsworth, founder of OTC Pro
Frazer Hainsworth Founder, OTC Pro 12+ years in online teaching, 10+ years freelancing and building online schools
"When I started teaching online, everything I needed lived in different places: one subscription for a website, another for bookings, another for payments, and more for scheduling, resources, and student systems. It was expensive, time-consuming, and hard to manage.

For many new teachers, this is still the reality. You may be earning five to ten dollars per hour while trying to build a freelance path, and the startup cost of tools can feel overwhelming.

I built OTC Pro to solve that exact problem. One affordable membership gives teachers the tools, training, and community support they need to freelance confidently, work with companies, or grow their own online school.

OTC Pro is the solution I wish I had when I started, and I hope it helps you build your teaching business with more confidence, clarity, and freedom."

We are offering early buyer pricing: $9.99/month or $99/year at checkout versus $14.99/month or $105/year (USD) before the discount.

Grow With Us

OTC Pro is not a static bundle—it is a living membership. We are always building: new apps, tools, and services are rolled into the product over time, and as long as you are a member, you get access to everything we add at no extra cost. Several new products and web apps are already in development, and your subscription grows with the roadmap—not against it.

Resources that keep expanding

Big ESL Drive and ESL Courseware are never “finished.” We keep adding fresh lessons, materials, and classroom-ready content so your library stays current—without you paying for another product every time we ship an update.

Tools shaped by real teachers

Your calendar and booking system and teacher website generator improve because teachers tell us what they need. We ship features and refinements on a steady cadence—driven by the community, not a one-and-done launch.

One membership, future-proofed

News, jobs, community, training, classroom utilities, and more—everything in OTC Pro today is the foundation. Tomorrow’s additions are included too. Constantly growing. Constantly improving. You are on the ride with us.

More than software

Built With Teachers, Not Just For Teachers

OTC Pro is more than a suite of apps. It is a practical community of online teachers at different stages—working with companies, freelancing full-time, or transitioning into freelance—who share real experience, ideas, and momentum.

A room full of people on your path

You are not figuring everything out in isolation. You are surrounded by like-minded teachers navigating the same decisions around pricing, student acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.

Learn from teachers with proven results

Inside OTC, members share practical lessons from the field: teachers who have built online schools, filled freelance schedules, and turned inconsistent income into stable systems.

Advice you can use immediately

The value is not just inspiration. It is actionable input—questions answered, strategies tested, feedback from people who understand online teaching business reality, and support you can apply this week.

Community + tools is the real advantage

Apps help you move faster. Community helps you move smarter. OTC Pro gives you both, so you keep improving with people who are building right alongside you.

Grow your systems, your confidence, and your teaching business with a community that is already doing the work.
